How All-Inclusive Works in Phu Quoc
Most all inclusive resorts in Phu Quoc borrow the name from the Caribbean model but sell something closer to full board plus drinks. Two details decide whether a package suits your trip.
A Package Added to the Room, Not a Room Rate
All-inclusive is not always part of the room rate. Some resorts sell meals and selected drinks as an add-on to accommodation, while others bundle them into a dedicated room-rate plan. Before comparing quotes, check whether the advertised price covers both the room and dining or just the package added to a room booking.

The second difference is how the price is counted. A published per-person rate charges every adult and child separately, while a rate plan prices the whole room. Per-person pricing rewards families with children under six, who eat free at both resorts that publish a rate. It penalises groups of adults who drink little. Ask which model applies before comparing two quotes.
Named Restaurants, Set Hours and Drinks by the Glass
Each package lists the outlets it covers, and the list is usually short. One resort includes its breakfast buffet and one beachside restaurant, while another covers two restaurants and a single bar. Drinks are served by the glass inside a fixed window, often from late morning to late evening. A bottle of wine at dinner or a cocktail at midnight falls outside the deal.

Read the small print on service style as well. Some kitchens switch between a set menu and a buffet with the season or the number of diners, which changes how much choice a fussy eater gets. These items usually stay outside a Phu Quoc package:
- Theme park, cable car and show tickets, including Sun World Hon Thom and VinWonders
- Spa treatments, which at best earn a discount rather than a free session
- Room service and in-villa dining at most resorts
- Premium wine, imported spirits and anything served by the bottle
- Dining at outlets not named in the package, such as a separate beach bar
6 Best All-Inclusive Resorts in Phu Quoc
The six all inclusive resorts in Phu Quoc below each sell a package or rate plan on their own website, the test for a place on this list. They run from a family resort on Khem Beach in the south to beach-club resorts on Long Beach, a villa resort near VinWonders in the north and a new resort on Hon Thom island, and location matters as much as the menu.
1. Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay – Khem Beach
Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay sits on Khem Beach (also known as Kem Beach) on the southeast coast, a 25-minute drive from Phu Quoc International Airport. Guests who book directly through Accor’s channels, the resort site, email or phone can reserve the complimentary shared airport shuttle. It leaves the resort about every two hours between 06:30 and 20:15.

In 2026 the resort won Asia’s Leading Family Beach Resort at the 2026 World Travel Awards, its third win in a row in that category. The 2026 Haute Grandeur Global Awards added Best Resort Service in Vietnam. The family focus shows in the package itself, with children’s prices tied to age and a kids’ programme that runs from breakfast until dinner.

The All-Inclusive Package costs VND 2,210,000 (about USD 85) per adult per day and VND 975,000 (about USD 38) per child aged 6 to 11. Children under six eat free with a parent, and guests from 12 pay the adult rate. ALL Accor+ members take 30% off and ALL Accor members 10%. The package needs a minimum of two days, its dates are fixed at booking and it is non-refundable. Confirm the current price and terms before you commit.

Families of four settle comfortably into the Family Room 2 Bedrooms, with 107 square metres split between a king bedroom, a twin bedroom, a separate living room and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Rooms on the second and third floors look over the garden from two balconies. From the fourth floor up, the balconies face the pool or catch a partial ocean view.

Grandparents or two families travelling together usually want more privacy. The 3 Bedroom Apartment gives them 170 square metres, two king bedrooms and a queen, three bathrooms and a dining table for six. On nights when the children are tired, room service is an option, and package guests save 15% on it.

Mornings start at Mercato Restaurant, the in-house Vietnamese and International buffet, open from 06:30 to 10:30 with space for 750 guests. Breakfast is part of the package, which matters if your room rate does not already include it.

Lunch and dinner move to Clubhouse, the 350-seat restaurant beside the beach. In the normal season each guest picks three of four courses from a set menu of starter, soup, main and dessert, and children under six get two courses from the kids’ menu. In high season lunch becomes a semi-buffet, with unlimited salad, bread and dessert stations plus one main. Dinner turns into a full buffet.

The regular Clubhouse menu pairs Phu Quoc seafood with Mediterranean, Indian and Thai cooking. A Pizza de Mare comes topped with prawns, crab meat, squid and clams, and the grilled octopus arrives with lemon, oregano and a fattoush salad. For children who want something familiar, there is Massaman beef curry or butter chicken.

Drinks flow by the glass at Clubhouse from 11:30 to 22:30, with last orders at 22:00. The list runs from Sun Kraftbeer’s Kiss Bridge Helles Lager to a Mojito, a Piña Colada and an Espresso Martini made with Vietnamese coffee. Children can order a Virgin Piña Colada or a Blue Ocean mocktail. Between meals, a snack menu runs from 14:30 to 16:00 and canapés follow from 16:00 to 18:00.

Children spend the day at the Kids Club, open from 08:00 to 18:00. The indoor space has a ball pit, a multi-game area, painting and drawing tables, and construction toys and puzzles for quieter hours.

The Kids Club’s October programme adds scheduled sessions on top. Free activities include coconut leaf art and tissue-paper flower baskets, while paid workshops such as The Clay Wonderland cost VND 200,000 (about USD 8). At weekends the Foam Pool Party fills the pool’s Zone 6, open to every in-house family.

Adults who like an early start have three options that cost in-house guests nothing. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards go out between 06:00 and 18:00, and the morning yoga class starts at 07:00 for guests aged 12 and over.

At Emerald Spa, the package brings a discount rather than a free treatment. Package guests save 30% on packs of three or more facials or seven or more massages, booked 48 hours ahead and used one per day. Seven 60-minute Happy Feet foot massages at VND 990,000 each come to VND 4,851,000 (about USD 187) after the discount, one for each evening of a week-long stay.

The spa has 10 treatment rooms, three of them VIP suites with their own steam bath and sauna, plus a hair and nail salon and a foot treatment room. Its treatments combine tropical fruit, herbs and vegetables with traditional Vietnamese techniques. Emerald Spa opens from 10:00 to 22:00, late enough for a massage after the children are asleep.

Teenagers pay the adult rate from age 12, and Playground Social Hub gives them a space of their own. The lounge has table tennis, foosball and graffiti walls and opens from 09:00 to 22:00. It is not part of the package, but the 15% saving covers drinks and snacks there.

For dinner outside the package, Herring Bar sits right on the sand. The resort’s beachfront bar blends the look of a traditional fishing village with open coastal design, and its 300 seats face straight out across Khem Beach. It is not an included outlet, but package guests save 15% on anything the package does not cover, at every outlet.

After dark, the charcoal BBQ station takes over. Chefs grill seafood and meat in full view of the tables, with Khem Beach behind them. Children can watch the cooking while they wait, which helps on nights when a long menu will not hold their attention.

Phu Quoc’s own catch fills the rest of the menu, delivered by fishing boats that come in at dawn. Order the Ham Ninh Crab Spring Rolls at VND 249,000 (about USD 10), filled with crab from the fishing village on the east coast. The kitchen takes last orders at 22:30.

2. Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort – Ong Doi Cape
Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort occupies Ong Doi Cape at the southern tip of the island, with sea on both sides and 215 villas that each have a private pool. A multi-layer pool links the two beaches on either side of the headland, and villa types run from three-bedroom garden villas to five-bedroom retreats.
The All-Inclusive Offer costs VND 3,450,000 (about USD 133) per adult and VND 1,725,000 (about USD 66) per child aged 6 to 11 per night. Children under six are free when they share their parents’ meals. At Corallo or theMarket, each meal is a starter, a soup, a main and a dessert from a dedicated à la carte menu, and the weekly buffets come at no extra charge.
Alcoholic and soft drinks run from 11:00 to 22:00 at Corallo and from 11:00 to 20:00 at Swing Bar. Festive nights cost more, at VND 6,050,000 per adult on 24 December 2026 and VND 7,650,000 on 31 December. The resort asks for 48 hours’ notice, which makes it easier to add the package when you book the villa.

Novotel Phu Quoc Resort stands on Long Beach inside the Sonasea area of Duong Bao, about 9 km from the airport, with two outdoor pools, tennis courts and a kids’ club. Its All-Inclusive Package is paid in one go. It runs from 12:00 on the first day until 23:00 on the last, and reception hands out a wristband on arrival.
Guests can order from the all inclusive à la carte menu at any time. A buffet dinner is served daily at Food Exchange, the all-day restaurant for Vietnamese, Asian and European dishes, and Phu Quoc Seafood Restaurant adds a catch-of-the-day dinner on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Drinks by the glass are included at any outlet, along with Phu Quoc ice cream.
The package also covers morning yoga, afternoon volleyball, daytime kayaking and classes in cooking, cocktails and towel art. Stays of seven nights or more add a 60-minute spa voucher per adult and a 30-minute water scooter ride. Book the package at least a day ahead; the resort quotes the price rather than publishing it.

4. Meliá Vinpearl Phu Quoc – Bai Dai
Meliá Vinpearl Phu Quoc is a villa resort on Bai Dai in the northwest, 1.2 km from VinWonders Phu Quoc and 4.8 km from Vinpearl Safari. Its stilted white villas have private pools and up to four bedrooms in the largest units. The location suits families who plan several days in the theme parks, which stay outside the package.
Meliá sells four all inclusive options here, Deluxe, Premium, The Level and an Ibiza Day Pass, each covering dining, activities and all-day entertainment at a different level. The Level adds private check-in, lounge access and reserved tables, and the Ibiza area holds the main pool and beach. YHI Spa, daily yoga and a children’s programme round out the resort.
Restaurants include a daily-changing buffet of Vietnamese, Asian and Western dishes with a cooking corner for children, a Japanese restaurant with garden views and a Mediterranean restaurant facing the sea. Drinks, lounge access and outlet choice differ between the tiers, so compare them on the booking page.

5. SOL Phu Quoc – Long Beach
SOL Phu Quoc faces Long Beach in Duong Bao, 6 km from the airport and 12 km from the town centre, the most convenient of the six for a short stay. Rooms start at 33 square metres with garden or ocean views and rise to the 108-square-metre XTRA Sol Suite. The resort has a kids’ club, adults-only floors and a pet-friendly policy, and Body & Sol Spa opens from 10:00 to 18:00.
Meliá lists SOL Phu Quoc as an all inclusive resort, with the package sold as a rate plan. The Kitchen serves a buffet or à la carte depending on the season, and Ola Beach Club cooks Mallorcan seafood, barbecue and tapas on a sea-facing terrace. At Papagayo Pool Club, cocktails come from a swim-up bar in the infinity pool.
Of the six, SOL Phu Quoc is the budget pick. Check which drinks the rate covers before you pay the supplement. On a night when the buffet feels repetitive, The Shack serves Vietnamese dinners by the sea.

It has more than 1,700 rooms, including 321 suites, all with ocean views and direct beach access, and it is the first Rixos all inclusive resort in Southeast Asia. The Hon Thom cable car links it with An Thoi on the main island.
Unlike the other five, Rixos makes every stay all inclusive. Package or Pay as You Go? A Family-of-Four Example
Take two adults, an eight-year-old and a four-year-old spending a full day at Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. On the package they pay VND 5,395,000 (about USD 208) a day: two adult rates, one child rate and nothing for the four-year-old. Over three days that comes to VND 16,185,000 (about USD 623), before any member discount.

Ordering the same day from the Clubhouse menu costs about VND 3,970,000 (about USD 153). Lunch is a pesto pasta, a club sandwich and fried rice for the children. Dinner is prawn skewers, barramundi and a Massaman curry, with four Kiss Bridge Helles Lagers, three classic cocktails, afternoon coffees, juices and sparkling water through the day. Menu prices include service and VAT but can change, so check them on arrival.
On those figures the package costs about VND 1,425,000 (about USD 55) more per day. That gap buys breakfast if your rate is room-only, unlimited snacks, canapés and 15% off everything outside the package. With ALL Accor+ the package drops to VND 3,776,500 (about USD 145), below the à la carte day.

ALL Accor membership is free to join and takes 10% off, which brings the same day to VND 4,855,500 (about USD 187). Sign up before booking even if you never use the points. The comparison below shows where the money goes.
| Item | Pay as you go | All-Inclusive Package |
|---|---|---|
| Breakfast at Mercato | Included in breakfast rates only | Included |
| Lunch for four at Clubhouse | About VND 890,000 | Included |
| Afternoon coffees and juices | About VND 320,000 | Included, plus snack menu |
| Dinner for four at Clubhouse | About VND 1,360,000 | Included |
| Beer, cocktails and soft drinks | About VND 1,400,000 | Included by the glass, 11:30 to 22:30 |
| Daily total | About VND 3,970,000 | VND 5,395,000, or VND 3,776,500 with ALL Accor+ |
Days Out the Package Does Not Cover
Apart from Rixos, whose rate covers the Hon Thom cable car and Sun World, Phu Quoc packages leave the island’s big ticketed attractions out, so budget for them separately. Distances below are from Khem Beach in the south, close to both Premier resorts.
Sun World Hon Thom and the Cable Car
The Hon Thom cable car leaves from An Thoi, about 15 minutes by road from Khem Beach, and crosses the sea to Hon Thom island. A 2026 round-trip ticket costs VND 850,000 (about USD 33) for adults and VND 700,000 (about USD 27) for children between 1 metre and 1.4 metres. Children under 1 metre ride free.

Your ticket also covers Aquatopia Water Park, Exotica Village with its wooden roller coaster, and the beach at Bai Trao, enough for a full day. Boarding starts at 09:30 and the last cable car back leaves at 17:30. Plan an early Mercato breakfast and a late Clubhouse lunch on your return.
Kiss of the Sea in Sunset Town
Kiss of the Sea plays at around 21:00 in Sunset Town, next to Kiss Bridge, and runs a little over 30 minutes before about five minutes of fireworks. A 2026 show ticket costs VND 950,000 (about USD 37) for adults and children over 1 metre, and a combo with Symphony of the Sea costs VND 1,200,000.

Sunset Town’s complimentary bus runs from a Khem Beach stop, and the show fits after an early package dinner. Show times shift with weather and season, so check them on the day.
VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari in the North

VinWonders Phu Quoc sits at Bai Dai in the northwest, about 56 minutes by car from Khem Beach. Its standard ticket costs VND 1,050,000 (about USD 40) for adults and VND 800,000 (about USD 31) for children up to 1.4 metres. From the south it works best as one long day, and families planning several park days may prefer a northern base.
| Day out | From Khem Beach | Adult ticket | Child ticket | Time to allow |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sun World Hon Thom with cable car | About 15 minutes to An Thoi station | VND 850,000 | VND 700,000 (1 to 1.4 m), under 1 m free | Full day, 09:30 to 17:30 |
| Kiss of the Sea show | Sunset Town bus from Khem Beach | VND 950,000 | VND 950,000 over 1 m, under 1 m free | Evening, from about 21:00 |
| VinWonders Phu Quoc | About 56 minutes by car | VND 1,050,000 | VND 800,000 | Full day |
Christmas, New Year and Tet 2027 on a Package
Year-end is when all inclusive resorts in Phu Quoc charge their highest rates. The dry season starts in November and fills rooms through to Tet, and two sets of dates need planning.
Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Supplements
Festive dinners are priced on top of the package. At Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay the supplement is VND 500,000 (about USD 19) per person on Christmas Eve and VND 900,000 (about USD 35) on New Year’s Eve, including a ticket to the countdown. Premier Village replaces its standard rate with VND 6,050,000 per adult on 24 December and VND 7,650,000 on 31 December.

The package period is fixed at booking and cannot be refunded. Settle your arrival and departure dates before adding it, and check whether the festive supplement applies to children as well as adults. December falls early in the dry season, and rain rarely interrupts the holiday dinners.
Tet 2027 and the Dry-Season Peak
The first day of the Lunar New Year falls on Saturday, 6 February 2027, with New Year’s Eve on Friday, 5 February. Tet is Vietnam’s biggest holiday of the year, so domestic flights and rooms around that week fill early.

Book the room and the package together as soon as your dates are fixed. The government usually announces the official public-holiday schedule late in the year before. These are the dates that move the price:
- 24 December 2026: Christmas Eve supplements and festive dinners
- 31 December 2026: New Year’s Eve supplements and countdown events
- 5 to 6 February 2027: Lunar New Year’s Eve and the first day of Tet
- November to April: Phu Quoc’s dry season and peak demand
How to Pick the Right Package for Your Group
Start with your children’s ages when choosing a package. Families with under-sixes gain the most from per-person pricing at either of the two Premier resorts, while a group of four adults pays the full rate four times and does better on a room-based rate plan. Next comes the drinks window: if your evenings run past 22:00, the hours matter more than the brand list.

Location changes the sums as well. Resorts on Khem Beach and Ong Doi Cape sit away from the restaurant strips of Duong Dong and Long Beach, so eating out means a taxi or Grab ride each way, plus the time it takes with tired children. A package removes those trips, which counts for as much as the price on a short stay.
Beyond meals, location also decides between the remaining resorts. The southern ones put you close to Sun World Hon Thom and the evening shows in Sunset Town, the Long Beach pair keep the airport and town close, Bai Dai suits a theme-park trip, and Rixos puts Sun World Hon Thom on its doorstep. Before you pay, ask each resort these questions:
- Which outlets and hours does the package cover, and is Herring Bar or the beach bar included?
- At what age do children start paying, and at what age do they pay the adult rate?
- Is there a minimum stay, and can the package dates be changed after booking?
- Are festive dinners and countdown tickets included or charged extra?
- Does the package include airport transfers, or only the room booking?

Conclusion
Comparing all inclusive resorts in Phu Quoc comes down to four questions. Who pays per person, which restaurants and bars does the package name, how long do the drinks run, and what do the festive nights add? Families with young children who eat most meals on site get the most from a per-person rate, especially with a member discount.
For a Christmas, New Year or Tet stay with children, book a two-bedroom room or apartment at Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. Add the All-Inclusive Package for the dates you are sure of, and breakfast at Mercato, dinners at Clubhouse and the Kids Club are settled before you land.
